Well, the time has finally come where we will stop using months for Brinleigh's age and move onto years. I can't believe our little Alaska baby is TWO years old!!!! Time is flying by way to quickly but we sure are having loads of fun watching her grow and helping her learn. But now that we moved into the actual toddler years, I won't be posting her monthly stats and updates anymore. Sad, I know, but hey, it leaves more time to blog about much more randomness in our life.
Height: 33 3/4 inches (50 percentile)
Weight: 30 lbs (85 percentile)
Teeth: 16! All of them except her very back molars.
Words she likes to say: She repeats everything these days, but for a solid 3-4 days all we heard was "No way".
Favorite Toys: Small plastic animal figurines, bracelets, and almost anything that a two year old shouldn't play with.
Favorite Foods: Mac and cheese, pizza, fruit snacks, chocolate milk. I'm not even joking when I say that is about the extent of it. Getting her to eat a solid meal these days is like pulling teeth.
Dislikes: Eating anything with an ounce of nutrition. Being put into her stroller or a grocery cart when she knows she can walk.
Nicknames: Brinleigh Boo, Brinleigh D
Sleep Schedule: I thank the Lord that she is an excellent sleeper, because let's be honest, Mama likes her sleep. And if Mama ain't happy, well, Brinleigh doesn't really care if Mama is happy, who am I kidding? She sleeps a solid 11-12 hours at night with a 2-3 hour nap during the day.
Favorite Activities: Exploring EVERYTHING! This includes but is not limited to: Running, touching, tasting, climbing and jumping.
Favorite Song: Depends on her mood, but if it has a beat and you can turn it up loud, she usually loves it. Her and Mama like to dance around to Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert's song "Somethin' Bad".
Favorite Book: She still loves almost all books, especially if they are about animals.
